About the Physics Department
The Deartment of Physics is part of the Faculty of Physical Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Concepción. It is located in Barrio Universitaorio and near the Laguna Los Patos. It is surounded by a beatiful natural enviroment.

Assistant professor and member of the faculty of the Masters and Doctorate programs of the Physics department at UdeC.
He is currently researching Plasma Physics, Space Physics, Solar Physics, Statistical Mechanics, and Thermodynamics.

Students of Physical and Astronomical Sciences National Conference IV
The fourth version of the Students of Physical and Astronomical Sciences National Conference was held at the Casa del Deporte UdeC on August 7, 8 and 9, 2019. In this fourth version, the invitation was extended to high school students interested in the scientific area so that they attend the activities and can get involved in learning physics, astronomy, or related sciences.
